Age Verification & Records-Keeping Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit or suggestive content published on HookupAI were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created. AI companion imagery is computer-generated and depicts fictional adults only.

1. Verification of every advertiser and creator

  • Before any profile, photo or video is published, the advertiser or creator must complete identity and age verification: a valid government-issued photo ID, a live selfie matched against that ID, and a date of birth showing they are 18 or older.
  • Verification is reviewed by trained staff; automated checks assist but do not replace review.
  • Agencies may list only people who have individually completed verification and given documented consent to be listed. Each person depicted in uploaded content must be a verified account holder or covered by a signed, verified model release.
  • Accounts that fail or refuse verification cannot publish content or receive payouts.
  • We may re-verify at any time, including when content or reports suggest a person may be under 18.

2. Records we keep

For each verified advertiser and creator we keep:

  • legal name and any stage or display names used on HookupAI;
  • date of birth and the type, issuing country and expiry of the identity document examined;
  • the verification decision, the reviewer, and the date and time of review;
  • consent and release records for any other person depicted;
  • an index linking those records to the profiles and content they cover.

These records are kept for 7 years after the related account is closed or the content is removed, in access-controlled storage with audit logging. Raw ID and selfie images are deleted after a shorter period once a decision is made, unless needed for an open investigation; see our Privacy Policy.

3. Custodian of records

Records are maintained by the operator of HookupAI. Requests from competent authorities to inspect records, and questions about this statement, should be directed to the custodian of records at:

4. Report a concern

If you believe anyone appearing on HookupAI is under 18, or did not consent to appearing, report it immediately using our content removal form. These reports are treated as urgent, the content is restricted while we investigate, and confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.
